Do you make commissions?
Get in touch and ask. I don't make anything out of my normal range but if it's something that could be made within my style, or sounds like an interesting project, then I’d happily consider it!
How do I care for my new piece?
Every piece is dishwasher + microwave safe. However, in order to protect and preserve glazes, it is recommended to limit time in the microwave and hand wash each piece with warm water and natural dish soap. Most markings can be easily removed with Bar Keepers Friend, Campanelli's or other food-safe soft scrub cleaners.
Do you accept returns?
Long of the short, no. But I would hate for you to keep a piece that you don't absolutely love -please contact email@example.com directly and we can work something out.
What is my package arrives broken or is lost in transit?
Each piece is carefully wrapped + packaged. In the unlikelihood a pieces comes damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures and order confirmation.
If an order is lost or stolen please contact the shipping service directly. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to the USPS / UPS for more information.
